Ordering Portal

Our ordering portal provides product ordering and account information. You may also, view your remotely-transmitted order(s) and apply one-time changes before they are submitted for processing. Contact us if you need to set up login credentials. Otherwise, click on our portal icon to enter.

Handheld Ordering

Our customers can submit orders by calling us or by using fax machines.
We also, offer our Cipherlab handheld ordering devices to aid in creating your order. The devices allow you to scan barcodes or directly enter a UPC or SKU number and quantity. When your order is complete, you can transmit it to us using our cradle connected to an Analog or Digital phone line or directly over the Internet to our FTP Order site. You can then modify it once using our order portal above.
We have expanded our ordering ability by providing a way to locally collect your order using our handheld device to upload your order, then you can scan and process your order as much as you want before submitting it. If you have been set up for this service, use our Handheld icon to continue.
